How It Works?
1. Sign Up Online.
You sign up online by selecting your college and choosing a laundry plan.
2. We Show Up and Pick Up
Every Tuesday from 6pm-8pm, our driver shows up at Hillside, Parkside, or Beachside College parking lot areas to pick up your bag of laundry to take to our facility for processing
3. Returned Within 48 Hours.
Your clean clothes are returned to you on Thursday nicely and neatly folded. Repeat weekly for the whole semester

First time customer

With the utmost care! We wash and dry everything, and your laundry will be returned tightly folded to save you time. For Wash & Dry option, we will not fold individual items but bundle them by categories so you can fold or hang them afterwards

We pick up every Tuesday and return every Thursday following the schedule and locations below:
Hillside College | 6PM – 6:30PM. Across from Hillside Gateway, Parking lot G2 on Determination Drive
Parkside College & Parkside North | 6:45PM – 7:15PM. Across from building H & M, parking lot G7 on Determination Drive.
Beachside | 7:30PM – 8PM. Outside of main entrance on PCH, next to the bus stop

You can stop by our store, which is only 5’ away from campus, at 4022 E 7th St, Long Beach, CA 90804 to pick up or drop off. If you want us to deliver your clothes on Thursday night, please drop off at the store no later than noon 12PM on Wednesday

Unused bags will expire at the end of the 4-week billing cycle so be sure to use all your remaining bags before your monthly cycle renews. If you don’t use all bags before the end of the billing cycle, ask your friends if they want to utilize it but the order will still go under your name

All monthly plans are billed in 4-week cycles, and you will only have overage charges if you exceed your total bag allowance for the month. Overages are charged at the discounted per-pound rate, which is $1.85/lb. The overage is charged at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
For example, if you’re a 4 bags/month plan subscriber and you already use up all 4 bags for the cycle but need to wash an extra bag weighting 10 lbs, you will be charged our per-pound rate of $1.85 for a total of $18.50. This amount will be charged to your next billing in addition to the subscription amount. You can track your bag usage by going to the CleanCloud app, click on

After you sign up for a plan, we provide a big green Coco Laundry bag and name tag. Upon your first pickup, you can bring your laundry straight to our van and put your clothes in your new Coco Laundry bag
Our Service

At Coco, we strive to remove most ordinary and fresh stains using our high-quality detergents. To ensure the best results, we recommend that customers separate stained items, place them in a plastic bag, and include them within the Coco laundry bag. If you clearly note the stains, we will apply our specialized stain removal solutions before washing.
While our process is effective for most stains, some stubborn marks may require additional treatment, which is not included in our Beach Wash subscription plan. For these challenging stains, we suggest using our dry cleaning service to achieve a thorough and complete removal.

At Coco Laundry, we handle your laundry with care, but to ensure your specific preferences are met, we need your assistance:
Special instructions: you can either leave a sticky note inside the laundry bag or text us directly before Tuesday with your specific requests. If there are no instructions provided inside the bag or on your account, we will proceed with our standard washing process.
Separation of Light, Dark, and White Items: If you want us to separate your items by color, please separate them yourself before placing them in the Coco laundry bag and leave us a note. This helps us maintain the quality and care of your clothing as per your preferences.
Delicates (e.g., undergarments, bras, silk): For delicate items, we ask that you place them in your laundry mesh bag before putting them in the Coco laundry bag and leave us a note. This extra step protects these sensitive items during the washing and drying process.
Hang-Dry Items: Similarly, if you have items that need to be hang-dried, please place them in a separate mesh bag and include clear instructions inside the Coco laundry bag.
Your own detergents/products: If you prefer your own detergents or products, please put them in a separate bag with your name written on it, and tie to your Coco Laundry bag so we know to use your solutions for your laundry. We will return everything on Thursday

The easiest way to set permanent or one-time special instructions on your account or one-time is to text our team at 562-676-0209, before your first drop off or Tuesday. Instructions sent after Tuesday are not guaranteed to be implemented for that week.

At this time, there are a handful of items that Coco cannot accept for cleaning due to the nature of the item or the risk they may pose to our team. We cannot accept the following items for cleaning:
Specialty care clothing items
- Dry-clean only items
- Wedding dresses
- Vintage clothes (in some cases)
- Costumes
- Hats/Headwear
- Shoes
- Fur & Animal products (feathers, fur coats)
- Purses/handbags
Certain non-clothing items
- Curtains*
- Commercial linens
- Sofa covers
- Area rugs
- Stuffed animals
- Leather items
- Suede itemsContaminated items
We cannot accept items that have been contaminated with:
- Excessive bodily fluids from a human or pet
- Excessive pet hair
- Mildew
- Bedbugs
- Poison ivy or poison oak oils
- Hazardous chemical residue
Billing & Payment

Monthly plans automatically renew every 4 weeks. You will receive an invoice for each charge.
All customers are required to have a valid card-on-file. We reserve the right to refuse service if you do not have a credit card on file.

You can cancel your subscription at anytime in the CleanCloud app, under Profile/Subscription.
If you choose to cancel or downgrade a monthly plan, your current plan will be available until your next monthly billing date.

Customer shall pay for all subscription fees, and hereby authorizes Coco Laundry (and its payment processors) to charge Customer’s credit card, as stated on Customer’s subscription and billing page. Any additional wash & fold bags, beyond the monthly bag allocation, will be charged at the per-pound rate.
Customer agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically.

Customer acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Customer cancels their subscription.
Customer may cancel their subscription by logging into their CleanCloud account and going to the applicable subscription page. Customer is
solely responsible for properly canceling your account.

Coco Laundry does not offer prorated, or backdated, refunds for cancelled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period.
